Fork & Spoon has been part of New Braunfels since 2006. Over the years, it became one of those familiar local places where friends meet for breakfast, families gather around the table, and regulars already know what they're ordering before they even sit down. In 2023, our family had the opportunity to become the next chapter in the Fork & Spoon story, and we're proud to continue serving the New Braunfels community and the families who have made this restaurant part of their lives.

Locally Owned, Proudly New Braunfels

Fork & Spoon has grown alongside New Braunfels for nearly two decades. When we took over the restaurant in 2023, our goal was simple: continue what people already loved while bringing our own experience, ideas and German influence to the table. Today, we’re proud to be a locally owned restaurant serving the community that has supported Fork & Spoon since 2006.

Made From Scratch, Every Morning

We're still a little old-fashioned when it comes to food. Our kitchen starts early. Bread is made right here in our bakery, breakfast is cooked fresh, and the things we serve are still made from scratch instead of coming out of a box. It takes a little more time and a lot more work, but that's the way we like to do it. From breakfast, lunch, and dinner favorites to homemade bread and German classics, we want the food coming out of our kitchen to be food we're proud to put on your table.

For us, German food is more than just something on the menu — it's a taste of home. And here in New Braunfels, with its strong German heritage, it feels like the perfect fit.
